The Deep-Z from HAWK is a typical City Bike with all the technical refinements of a modern e-bike in this price range. Probably the most characteristic feature of the new Deep-Z is the streamlined battery integrated into the seat tube, which not only provides protection from theft and the weather, but also optimises the centre of gravity of the Bike and thus noticeably improves the handling characteristics. Replacing it is simpleusing a specially developed, folding saddle makes it quick and simple to remove the battery. Battery out, brand new battery in and you're good to go. After all, you need to give yourself time: enjoying your way to the caf on your Deep-Z. The Hawk E-line drive system and the 7-speed gear drive transmission components complement the Deep-Z, offering an impressive package and the ideal basis for a relaxed enjoyable tour on your Pedelec. The aluminium motor with 250watts power offers both gentle and powerful support up to a speed of 25km/hr. Its location in the front wheel ensures correct propulsion (comparable to front-wheel drive in cars). Because the engine is equipped with an extremely smooth-running planetary gear system, you also have no noticeable resistance in standard operation (without motor support). This makes cycling really fun!
