The little brother of the ever-popular Metro, our Metro LS low-step folding e-bike has a new look. We have redesigned the shape with a low sweeping frame and a cream and brown colour scheme. With its curved and slightly smaller frame, getting on and off the LS is more convenient and accessible, making it an ideal choice for the smaller rider. The Metro LS hosts exactly the same features of the Metro and can be folded in exactly the same way. These features include Shimano Acera 8-speed gears, Shimano brakes, SKS mudguards (front and back), pannier rack, kickstand and Spanninga lights. Upgrades to this new model include disc brakes on the front and rear wheels, a sleek new suspension seat-post and an Abus frame lock mounted on the frame to lock the rear wheel. The twenty inch wheels come with stylish Kenda Kevlar lined tyres and extra thick inner tubes to minimise punctures. To power the cycle we now incorporate a 250-watt continuous spin motor by SpinTech and SpinTech Panasonic lithium battery capable of distances in excess of forty miles (depending on riding environment and levels of pedal assist). The motor resides in the rear hub and is managed by our sophisticated V-Wave drive technology. V-Wave ensures a smooth and enjoyable riding experience by managing the torque-to-speed ratio.
