Named after Edale Village which lies within the 'Dark Peak' area of the Peak District National Park, bathed in the beauty of the surrounding hillsides. At the heart of the Edale is a lightweight aluminium frame with a stylish extra-low step over downtube which makes this Bike very easy to mount and dismount. The high tensile steel forks provide extra strength whilst riding on those tougher surfaces. This retro hybrid shopper is fitted with a lightweight chain set and the Shimano 7 speed set up offers a wide range of gears to help get you up the steepest slopes. The Shimano RevoShift gear lever enables quick and easy gear selection, just a twist of the wrist locates the next gear. The Edale is fitted with lightweight alloy hubs and double wall Forme alloy rims for strength and weight saving. The alloy V brakes lets you stop you on a pin in all conditions whilst maintaining control. The alloy micro adjust seat post and stem are easily adjusted to suit rider size and shape. All points of contact are designed for maximum rider comfort, retro design comfort saddle, ergonomic soft compound grips and non-slip pedals. The Edale has full length colour matched mudguards to help keep you clean and dry. A pull down kickstand, rear luggage rack and a sturdy front basket is also provided making this Bike ideal for those quick shopping trips. Quality components and clever design blend function, fashion and comfort into one classic bike.
