It's a light-footed climber, goes hell for leather through flowing trails, hungers for curves and handles steep and rough downhill runs. The heart of the new VC generation is its technically and visually evolved frame. The most important adjustment for this super sporty model: Boost axle standard on fork and frame and massively enlarged tyre clearance on seat and chain stays for 29" wheels and 27. 5" Plus wheels (with up to 2. 8 inch tyre width). Accordingly, the 120 mm Rock Shox suspension fork has just as much tyre clearance. The VC Comp and Pro models come with 29" wheels included as standard, whilst the VC plus comes with 27. 5" Plus wheelset as standard. With a specially designed optional bottom bracket you can adjust the BB-height to the slightly smaller circumference. No matter which wheel size you choose, the aggressive geometry with its long top tube, flat steering angle and short tail provide the right mix of propulsion and pleasure. The components are consistently trail-oriented. With a remote seatpost, tubeless-optimised running wheels with wide rims, 11-speed or 12-speed drivetrains, you are well positioned for alpine crossings as well as for crisp trail rides.
